Mike is a Partner at Windley Ely and oversees the Appeals division and general claims management operations for many of Windley Ely’s largest clients. Additionally, he is Head of Business Development and Partnerships for Windley Ely. He is responsible for the growth in the TCMP solution and Integrated Claims Management across Canada.
